Order Processing Orders are typically prepared within 2 business days. Custom or personalized pieces may require additional preparation time when noted.

U.S. Delivery Most U.S. orders arrive around 10 days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days from the date your order is placed for delivery. This timeframe includes order processing.

Tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

International Orders The delivery estimate above applies to U.S. orders. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, and peak holiday periods.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Maylohas cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided during purchase.
