Order Processing Orders are typically prepared within 2 business days. Custom or personalized pieces may require additional preparation time when noted.

U.S. Delivery Most orders arrive around 10 days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days from the date your order is placed. This timeframe includes order processing.

Canada Delivery We ship to most Canadian addresses. Delivery times are generally similar to U.S. delivery for serviceable addresses, but remote or extended areas may take longer or may not be available through our current carriers. Final serviceability depends on the delivery address and carrier coverage.

East Asia Delivery Orders to Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam typically arrive around 5 days and within 7 days, including order processing.

Shipping Rates Tracked shipping is $4.99 on orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more receive free tracked shipping in supported serviceable regions.

Tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
