Custom Designs Because each custom piece is crafted specifically for you, these items are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds for custom designs unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Standard Products For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Shipping Costs

Quality Issues: If an item is defective or incorrect, Maylohas covers all return shipping costs.

Standard Returns: For all other returns (change of mind or preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Our team will provide the return address and instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping and gift packaging fees are non-refundable.
