Yes. You can choose your starting piece and add details to create jewelry that feels uniquely yours.

Will my custom piece look exactly like the photos?
Because freshwater cultured baroque pearls and natural gemstones can vary in shape, tone, texture, and pattern, each piece may have subtle differences that make it uniquely yours.

Yes. Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Are custom items refundable?
Custom lengths, personalized configurations, and customer-specific made-to-order changes are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. We’ll make it right. This applies to both standard and customized items.
